Founded in 2018, Nexor is a Los Angeles-based residential construction company built on a simple idea: homes deserve the same precision and rigor as large-scale commercial projects. Our three founders — friends who had spent years delivering complex builds for museums and airports — set out to bring that same standard to custom home construction.
Nearly two decades later, Nexor remains an intentionally small studio. With a team of around forty professionals — most of them working directly on-site — we keep our project load focused so every client gets senior-level attention from start to finish. It's boutique residential construction backed by commercial-grade discipline.
Build slowly, build once.
We don't chase volume. We chase projects where the client, the site, and the budget all point the same direction — and then we give those projects the time they need. A 6,000 sq ft home takes roughly twenty months from first site walk to keys. Shorter than that and something was skipped.
Our crews are employees, not subs. Our millwork, metal, and stone come from shops we run. That's unusual in residential work, and it's the quiet reason our punch lists are short.
